PLEASE make your member name your first initial and last name together without spaces , as in John Doe= JDoe.  Once you register, a representative will verify your membership and notification of activation will be sent to the email address you provide.   When your membership is activated we will also activate your access to the email system. We also request you select "Request Domain Email" as the last sign-up option to facilitate issuing you an email address at SLCDSF.org  If you do not select this, an email account will still be created with your user name and a  password that will be emailed to you. You may then log in to the email system and may modify your password at that time. Even if you do not care to have a Domain email address, we request you log in to the email system and forward the SLCDSF email to one of your choosing to ensure you receive messages from us.
